Everything You Need to Know

Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
All items must be returned in perfect and unworn condition as per delivery & shoe boxes in the same condition as they were received. 
Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until we have received them. We recommend, for your own protection, that you use a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods and also offers a proof of delivery. 
Please ensure that you enclose all the information that we will need to process your return which should include - your name, address, order reference number and the reason for the return.
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
